I have the pleasure of writing a letter of recommendation for Alan Heath of The Professionals Coomera. I approached Alan in 2010 regarding the sale of two blocks of water front land at Riverlinks Estate. Whilst the market the marked could only be described as tough, Alan never lost enthusiasm or drive to get the properties well marketed and sold.

I have bought and sold many properties on the Gold Coast, some that have been tenanted, it is a pleasure to come across an agent as Jason that has given us the respect as only being a tenant in letting us know before every open house even though they are set times and then after the inspection phones us to let us know he has finished so we can come home.
When in the future when I am going to purchase a property I will most certainly do my best to get Jason to do the deal for us.
We have no hesitation in recommending Jason to other people that may be contemplating selling or buying a property on the Gold Coast.
